  • 2 - Fresh Coconuts or 2 Cups of Coconut Water
  • 2 - Cups of Ice
  • 1 - Pear
  • 1 - Mango
  • 3 - Chard Leaves

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 7.5 cups
