  • 1 - Frozen Banana
  • 1 - Cup of Pumpkin
  • 1 - Persimmon (without Skin)
  • 1 - Cups of Spinach

*Less than 85 calories per cup

*Blend for 40 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 4 cups

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!
