The Go Green Smoothie

  • 2 Cup of water
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Cup of Cantaloupe
  • 2 Red Chard Leaves
  • 2 Green or Swiss Chard Leaves

*Less than 59 calories per cup

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 7 cups

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!

Try to drink daily or as much as possible.
