Eat Breakfast

Also, those people who eat breakfast are less likely to become sluggish but adding carb foods in your daily diet like grains and fruits will help you gain more energy.

Good Sleep

If you want to get a good sleep you MUST avoid drinking caffeinated drinks such as coffee and soft drinks. Also, avoid eating spicy foods close to bedtime because it might lead to gastric disturbances and will give you a hard time getting enough sleep.
