Instructions

It’s a simple Green Smoothie recipe that I started out with at the beginning of my Green Regimen. Try to drink at least a glass of organic green smoothie for a healthier you!

  1. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
