2 – Cups of Almond Milk
1 – Frozen Banana
1 – Cup of Pumpkin
1 – Persimmon (without Skin)
1 – Cups of Spinach

This organic Green Smoothie is called, The Green Pumpkin. This smoothie is fantastic to use as a nice low caloric snack or for a holiday party dessert.

The Green Pumpkin contains less than 85 calories per cup…AMAZING!!! Not many, if any, desserts can be so low in calories but deliver such a high nutritional value.

Our signature fruit is the one and only…Persimmon. Persimmons are not difficult fruits to find. Persimmons are high in vitamins A and C and they taste very sweet.

We are also featuring the Pumpkin today. Pumpkins are surprisingly filled with a high amount of nutrition. The Carotenoids are the phytonutrients that give the Pumpkin its orange pigment. Pumpkins are also filled with vitamins A, C and E.
